The image quality of the source is moderate. Despite the source's adequate bitrate, there is still DCT noise and blocking caused by insufficient bitrate in some hyperdynamic scenes. We employed significant processing techniques to remove grain blocking and blocking. We also weakened the dynamic noise to control the bitrate and reconstructed partial noise to maintain the art style.
