All the extras on the old DVD release are missing on this BD unfortunately.
Needs deinterlacing. Motion looks smooth the vast majority of times at current 29.97 fps. Still some judder / dup frames in a few scenes. As with most early digital anime, looks like it was the animation cuts were at 24 fps then edited and composited (pan and zoom) at 30 fps (29.97 ntsc) intended for broadcast. Detelecine / ivtc to 23.976 does work to correct it, but I would say that’s optional.

The judder is noticeable on the upward pan shots on Mikage here but almost none on the zoom shots.
